About the Vega
This is a depiction of Vega (known in Japan as Balrog) from the Street Fighter media franchise. Vega is styled like a high-performance sports car referencing his flighty and speedy play style, with his claw and mask being referenced; his claw was designed as something that can "cut the wind".
