About the Racer X Street Car
Racer X Street Car is a tie-in with the 2008 Speed Racer movie. The car is a replica of the car Racer X uses as an street and attack vehicle off of the racetrack. This car is actually named the Shooting Star; the model however uses its driver's name. The car is very similar to the original Shooting Star seen in the 1967 anime, albeit with a modernized design and differently colored racing numbers.
