About the P-911

The P-911 (also Porsche Carrera, Porsche 911 Turbo) is a design by Larry Wood that first debuted under the Flying Colors segment of the mainline in 1975. Some first edition releases of this model had “PORSCHE CARRERA” on the base and “PORSCHE” cast into the rear. The tooling was modified due to licensing issues. Some had a mix of RL and RLBW wheels. Dave Martis made a modified resin prototype of this model around 2003 or 2004 depicting Sally from the Cars film series. Many other prototypes exist
