About the Ecto-1 (2016)
For the 2016 Ghostbusters reboot, the film uses a 1984 Cadillac DeVille instead of dusting off the classic (and rather iconic) Ecto-1, a 1959 Cadillac Miller-Meteor ambulance. This is a version of the Ecto-1 based on the 1984 Cadillac DeVille from the 2016 movie Ghostbusters: Answer the Call.
