About the Car Pen
A Car Pen refers to a Hot Wheels Pen that also is designed and functioned like a diecast car. Though they briefly appeared in many various years, this set of 4 appeared in 2006 functioning like a pen. But with their car designs that have little wind up motors to be raced in. As a pen, they look familiar to a drag racer.
