About the 2007 Subaru Impreza WRX STI
The Subaru Impreza WRX STI is a high-performance version of the Subaru Impreza. Designed by Hidefumi Kato, the second generation Impreza WRX was introduced in 2000, featuring a 2.0L EJ207 turbocharged flat-4 and a 5-speed TY75 manual; the WRX STI would use the same engine but feature a stronger 6-speed TY856 manual instead.
