About the 1975 Chevrolet Monte Carlo
The Chevrolet Monte Carlo is a two-door coupe marketed by the Chevrolet division of General Motors from 1969 to 2007. The second generation of the Monte Carlo, designed by Irv Rybicki and others, was introduced in 1973 and featured a revised design, now being a pillared coupe as opposed to a hardtop. The 1975 Monte Carlo featured minor styling changes from 1974, although all models were fitted with catalytic converters to meet emissions standards in certain territories. Sales were down from 1974
