About the 1966 Bat Boat
The Batboat is Batman's personalized watercraft. It features a number of weapons and is used in situations when Batman needs to traverse over water. This version is specifically based on its namesake as featured in the 1966 Batman TV show. The vehicle as shown in the 1966 movie was designed by Mel Whitley and Robert Hammond from a Glastron V-174.
